COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING INTERN PROGRAM
The Counselor in Training (CIT) program at Creative Arts at Park is open to any student who has completed 10th, 11th or 12th grade. Applicants are not required to have attended the program as a camper, but arts experience and experience working with children are valued in the application process.
As planning for Summer 2024 is underway, we know that our CITs are a valuable part of the program. The process of hiring CITs will begin with individuals who have been CITs previously, or were hired for the 2023 season. We thank you for your interest in gaining leadership experience at Creative Arts at Park.
