Please call or email our CAAP office at (617)274-6065 or firstname.lastname@example.org in the event that your child/ren will be absent from camp, will arrive late, or will be picked up early. Advanced notice is always appreciated, if/when possible. For early dismissals, please drive to the back of the main building, park along the curb, and come to the CAAP desk to dismiss your child. Similarly, please notify us if your child/ren will be riding home with another camper. Please be sure to share carpool cards (copies are OK) with other planned drivers so they can be displayed on the dashboard.
Parents have the right to review background check, health care and discipline policies and grievance procedures upon request.
