Enrolled Families- What to Know...

Preparing for Camp 2024:

*Dates and Hours:

5-Week Session- 6/24-7/26

3-Week Session- 7/8-7/26

Festival Day- 7/26 (9am-4pm, families are strongly encouraged to attend and all campers must be accompanied by an adult while on campus)

Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm 

Extended Day: 4pm-6pm

Arrivals/Morning Gathering 8:30am-8:50am

Period 1 9-9:55am

Period 2 10-10:55am

Snack 11-11:10am

Period 3 11:15am-12:10pm

Lunch 12:10-12:35pm

Noontime Show 12:40-1:10pm

Period 4/Festival Period 1:15-1:55pm (a free-choice period where campers choose from a variety of daily offerings)

Period 5 2-2:55pm

Period 6 3-3:55pm

Dismissal 3:55pm

Carpool 4-4:15pm

 

*What to bring-

-A re-fillable, labeled water bottle

-A nut-free lunch

-Extra snacks, if preferred (we provide one snack each day)

-Rain gear, as needed

*Absence/Late Arrival/Early Dismissal/Carpool Protocol:

Please call or email our CAAP office at (617)274-6065 or caap@parkschool.org in the event that your child/ren will be absent from camp, will arrive late, or will be picked up early. Advanced notice is always appreciated, if/when possible. For early dismissals, please drive to the back of the main building, park along the curb, and come to the CAAP desk to dismiss your child. Similarly, please notify us if your child/ren will be riding home with another camper. Please be sure to share carpool cards (copies are OK) with other planned drivers so they can be displayed on the dashboard. 

*Parents Rights:

Parents have the right to review background check, health care and discipline policies and grievance procedures upon request.
